Application for New Bingo License

Every officer, director, board member and person associated with operations, advertising or promoting bingo operations are required to pass a background check and fingerprinting.  To obtain a New Bingo License: Add this product to your shopping cart and submit payment to purchase a license. The fee is $105. This fee covers the organization and its members/officers. Each officer, director, board member is not required to purchase a license.  Once you have completed your purchase, your order confirmation page will have a download button and you will also receive an email to download the New Bingo Application and the Personal History Background Form. Background checks and fingerprinting can be completed at Gemalto.com . Please choose "Secretary of State" > "Charity Bingo". Complete this form and email it to bingo@sos.ga.gov with any required supporting documents as indicated in the application.
