Winegrower’s note This sparkling Cote des Roses rosé is unique and celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. It stands out with an original blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache Noir, and chardonnay, expressing all the freshness of the Pyrenean foothills combined with the sun-drenchedgenerosity of the Cévennes foothills, resulting in a distinctive aromatic signature. The soil is very varied, consisting mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils and gravel. The hot, windy climate, which is semi-arid with mild winters, promotes the ripening of the grapes and keeps them in good health, while maintaining freshness thanksto the altitude and the effect of the sea, which mitigates the high summer temperatures.
