This is the best interface for high resolution and / or, high speed imaging where cable length is more than 5 meters. 10GigE is 10x faster then a normal GigE ethernet camera and 2x faster than USB3.This 10 GigE camera model is interesting for you when your application complies with the following conditions: An industrial highspeed or high-resolution camera Maximum cable length of 100 meters using cat6a or higher cable Inexpensive and easy installation of cables.
