Slightly smaller in size than our other burgers, our Handmade Rockfish burgers are slider-sized (3oz ea. x 4 patties), lightly seasoned and combined with parsley, mayo, garlic and bell pepper. Ingredients: local Rockfish, bell pepper, parsley, panko (wheat flour, dextrose, sugar, yeast, salt), mayonnaise (sunflower oil, egg yolk, water, distilled vinegar, salt, cane sugar, lemon juice), garlic, kosher salt.  Size: 4 patties per pack, 3 oz each
