Creamy Spinach Dip

We have been perfecting this recipe for quite a few years now and it is a staple both at The Wagyu Bar and Meat N' Bone. It makes for a nice "Steakhouse-like" side but it also goes great with chips or nachos as a spinach dip. Order Size: 6 portions Equipment Required: Anything that can produce heat. Plating:  Varies depending on use. Recommended Addons:    Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included.  Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
