Chicken Katsu Sando is a very special dish. It is a crunchy, panko-breaded, and fried cutlet of Japanese A5 beef or Bell & Evans Chicken nestled between two buttery slices of toasted white bread, and topped with a tangy sauce. Our Katsus are a staple at The Wagyu Bar. Order Size: 32 pieces Equipment Required: Frier / Griddle Plating: Not required. Finger food, can be passed around on a tray or disposable. Recommended Addons: You got a frier... might as well get some tequeños as well!   Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included.  Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
