Our toma- toes are processed in the 24h next to the harvest in Campania and Puglia, in order to preserve freshness and texture. Peeledtomatoes: red precious sun gems, peeled using the technique of steamblaching and dipped in their own sauce, Datterini with a unique thin peel and low seed heart. Tomato pulp sliced in cubes, ready to be cooked, sweet and firm. Traditional tomato puree: it is contained in a  type of bottle to preserve the flavour and work as sunscreen. Always a must have to bring traditional taste and fragrance.
