Pate Board and Olive Spreader

Description This pate board is made from Oregon Red Alder, a sustainable American hardwood that flourishes in the Pacific Northwest and is considered a green wood. Alder is a warm reddish-brown with a clear, tight grain. Thanks to sound forestry practices in Oregon, the beautiful, renewable resource will be available for years to come. As a natural resource some color and grain variations will occur. Spreader has a stainless steel blade and ceramic handle. - 9 inches x 5.25 inches x .75 inch - Board Care: Wash the board with warm soapy water and dry immediately; do not immerse in water, do not place in the dishwasher. - Olive spreader should be hand washed- Item #: 12353
