Sculpture - Apollo and Daphne

Description A resin reproduction of the masterpiece by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. A golden arrow shot by Cupid causes Apollo to fall in love and pursue the nymph Daphne. As Apollo reaches for Daphne she is transformed into a laurel bush. Daphne is generally shown fleeing, with her raised arms transforming into branches of the laurel.
