Pre-Registration Required (payment can't be taken at the time of the class at the facility) - Please bring your own mats & props Class Description: Join us for this yoga practice that will include physical postures, pranayama (breath exercises), and meditation. Physical postures practiced in these classes will increase flexibility, improve balance, strengthen the body, and improve cardiovascular health. In addition, yoga provides the benefits of decreasing stress, improving awareness and mindfulness, and relaxing the central nervous system through meditation, breathing exercises, and physical movement. These practices will be beginner-friendly and accessible to all levels. Practices can be modified by using a chair for anyone with limited mobility. Come and experience the many benefits that yoga can provide
