Giant Lifting's Loadable Dumbbell Pairs feature black zinc handles, bright zinc loadable sleeves, and 28mm handles. Knurled along the shaft, this is a cost-effective way to produce gains rather than purchasing a full dumbbell set. This product would work best with rubber change plates or smaller iron plates so the diameter of the plates does not interfere with dumbbell exercise movements.
