Blend of Hibiscus petals, Elderberries, Black Currants, Currants and flavoring Sold in 1/4 cup per pouch. Makes about 8 to 10 cups of tea. Use 1 teaspoon per mug, add just boiled water 200 to 212 degrees F and allow to steep 3 to 5 minutes depending on taste. Beautiful naturally red colored tea. No dyes added. Caffeine Free Makes a great hot or cold beverage.
