Apply to the inner corners of eyes to separate and brighten them. For a stronger application around the eyes, mix with water.  Apply to your brow bone to highlight and lift. For bullet proof eye makeup that stays in place, use our Magnetic Eye shadow primer first. TIPS Blend a little into your tinted moisturizer or foundation for all-over glow.
