Gigabot Hot End The Gigabot Hot End is an advancement in the reliability and capability of nozzles on the market. You can purchase a Nickel Plated Hot End or A2 Hardened Steel Hot End. Nickel Plated Hot Ends are coated with electroless nickel plating to increase the nozzle longevity through decreased wear. A2 Hardened Steel Hot Ends are good for printing with abrasive materials like filaments filled with fiberglass, carbon fiber, metals, etc. 20 Series Hot End The re:3D 20 Series Hot End was created by our engineers and machinists to increase the max flow rate of polymer deposition. With a greater flow rate, up to 22 mm^3/sec for PLA, 24 mm^3/sec for PETG, parts can print faster, which reduces production time and cost. The 20 Series Hot End achieves this with a 20mm long heater block wrapped in Nomex® insulation. It comes standard with an A2 hardened steel nozzle for printing with abrasive materials and works for both left and right-side extruders. View
