Cake Cutting & Bussing of Tables, cake cutting will include small disposable plates and disposable forks. Catering staff will pick up real plates and gold silverware after dinner, wipe down real plates and place plates/gold silverware back in bins.  shaving dishes and charcuterie cart. $300 total, end by 9:30pm.   Our staff will clean up any mess made in the prep kitchen and buffet station.
