Take a look at the lacquer checking on the top and back, the thin nitro just brings you so much closer to the instrument on a gorgeous cherry sunburst. The neck has practically worn down to the point where it is never sticky and probably morphed to the human hand by now. The old gorgeous slab of mahogany has been consistently played offering rich harmonics and resonance. This is one of the sweetest sounding Les Pauls i've ever heard, even unplugged!
