No ICW extra backer needed to stop crown shot 7.62 x 51mm M80 under 44mm BFD. Each armor plate tested to resist at least 3 M855 or 3 M193, or 3 7.62 x 39mm MSC or stop 3 M80 (at least 1 M80 crown shot below 44mm BFD as per test reports).
