Multi-curved advanced silicon carbide / titanium diboride composite ceramic strike face (SIC-TiB2) from Adept Armor. Built-in trauma pad (note low BFD on ballistics test). Ballistics testing, submersion and qualified drop-tested by NIJ certified labs. The armor MAY be ordered without drop face protection.  The ballistic label will be noted "DO NOT DROP" and the armor weight will decrease to 5.7 pounds.
