Trigger Systems Crystal Sumps

The CRYSTAL series sumps are reasonably priced and have the same design and quality as our RUBY series sumps but with all clear material. The CRYS30S can be used as a berlin style sump or a refugium style sump.  Some features of the CRYS30S sump are:•Locking filter sock holder•Dual platforms•Solid top support brace to prevent bowing•Foam filter block for top platform•Protein skimmer section•Refugium sectionThe CRYS30S has 3 main sections. Water drains from the tank into section 1 through the 100 micron provided filter socks. Section 1 is typically where the protein skimmer sits. Water then flows through a slit in the first baffle into section 2.Section 2 is typically used as a refugium. If a refugium is not desired, then the protein skimmer or other equipment can be housed in section 2.
