Chaste Tree (Vitex) Berry, Liquid Extract

Chaste tree, Vitex agnus-castus, helps to regulate female hormones, making it useful for PMS and menopause. It is a good remedy to balance reproductive hormones in teenagers and adults. It is generally a better remedy for women than men because it inhibits androgens (male sex hormones). It may take 3-6 months of use to see optimal results. Chaste tree might reduce the effectiveness of hormonal birth control medications.  Directions: Take 2-3ml up to 3 times per day or as directed by a health professional. Drop directly under tongue or place in 1/4 cup of water and drink.
