Profile: The Holiday Blend is our take on a Moka Java blend of Indonesian Sumatra and dry processed Ethiopian coffees. We chose this combination because Sumatras are known for their robust body, low acidity, and spicy/savory flavor notes, while dry processed Ethiopians are known for their notes of fruit and berries. This makes for a great Holiday blend where savory and fruitiness collide in a smooth, well-balanced cup of coffee that you are sure to enjoy alongside any holiday desserts.
