Organic Day Pad Plus

  Designed for maximum customizability, the GladRags Day Pad Plus is the same style as our original Day Pad - trusted for over 30 years! The Plus version is 2" longer and a little wider, giving you extra protection if you bleed toward the front or back, have a heavier flow, or are bigger bodied.  The Day Pad Plus comes with two inserts, allowing you to use one for light flow days, and 2 for absorbency equal to a standard maxi pad.  Your cycle is totally unique to you - let your pads adjust with your flow!
