Gladrags Night Pad Plus is an overnight reusable pad with customizable absorbency. The Night Pad Plus is as absorbent as a super overnight maxi pad, and includes one base holder and two inserts so you can adjust protection for heavier nights.  Features Designed for full-length, front-to-back coverage to help reduce overnight leaks. Can be used for postpartum or extended overnight protection when paired with inserts.
