Here we have a Glas Customs Strat build inspired by a golden-era 1962 Fender, finished in translucent honey blonde and relic’d as part of our 2025 Fall Collection. The body is lightweight alder, ringing out acoustically and coming in at just 7.6 lbs. The finish has been UV-bombed to simulate decades of natural exposure, then naturally checked, yellowed, and dulled through a true cracked-lacquer process. Every screw, plastic, and hardware piece has been carefully aged to match, resulting in a cohesive, authentic feel throughout. Even the pickguard shows natural warp and lift like the originals — a detail that immediately evokes a true vintage The neck is a genuine Fender built to vintage spec, fully refinished in nitrocellulose lacquer and hand-sanded to a naturally faded, played-in feel.
