Bunch Anacharis

 Lovely, easy plant just perfect for the beginner! Anacharis (Elodea or Waterweed) grows in single long lengthy stems with occasional branching. Be sure to trim and replant! A bit of an oddity such as Guppy Grass, Anacharis --scientifically Egeria densa-- doesn't 'Root" like traditional plants. You'll see it send out the random long anchor root, but it is easily uprooted. A bunch is 4-6 collected stems, and may be branched or rooted. (6-10" tall) Grown SUBMERGED. Growing requirements: 65-80 Degrees Fahrenheit Ph 6-8 Lower to medium light intensity. Grows quickly Gets more compact in high lights and co2 As I like to keep real ecosystems in my aquariums, there's always the possibility of harmless snail or dwarf shrimp hitchhikers!
