Part #: 512-250, 0512250, 512250 or 0516761 This is a very common part to repair on a sprayer. Just through normal wear and tear, the prime switch will feel lose. Despite which position the switch is, the pump itself will be stuck in either "Prime" or "Spray" mode. Thankfully this kit fits 90% of Wagner Pumps and Non-commercial Titan pumps. And it's easy to replaces and much cheaper than a new sprayer! This newer 90 degree prime spray valve kit replaces the older "Set Screw" style prime/spray assemblies. And that's a good thing! The older set screw knobs tended to strip. These newer 90 degree ones almost never accidentally come off because of the retaining clip as shown in the image.Easy part to put on, takes us about 2 minutes, a first timer would take about 5 mins, but the included instructions are very clear and helpful.
