Haunted Teacup Bloomers (No Restocks)

Spin to your heart's content with these darling bloomers under your favorite dress or skirt. They are made of a delicate eyelet fabric, perfect to be a lightweight undergarment for all day wear! Our Haunted Teacup Bloomers are black and white striped, perfect for adding to costumes year-round or simply worn on its own.  What is the fit like?:  With elastic in the waistband and legs, our bloomers are forgiving in fit. Check out our Bloomer Fit Guide to see them on a variety of people!  What are the care instructions?:  As a 100% Cotton Blend they are easy to clean. You can either hand-wash or throw it in a machine on cold in a mesh bag. Please be sure to hand dry for a longer lifespan! What was the design process?:  The Teacup Bloomers are fabricated with love in California. We have meticulously hand-picked the fabric, designed, prototyped, and oversaw the patterns for these bloomers.
