Chameleon Micas are a Color Shift Mica that with a change of angles & lighting gives you the Most Awesome Look! Inter Fear It! – Purple, Blue, Turquoise - (white powder) *ALL Powders are measured by Weight and Not Volume. Therefore some of the denser powders may appear visually less than other powders of the same weight. These Chameleon Powders are designed to be used over a BLACK background.  This is extremely important to achieve the ultimate effect!  This is a cosmetic grade mica. Makeup Sponge Technique - Using a small piece of PP2500 transparency film add a small amount of Chameleon Powder to the film and using a Makeup Sponge, coat the sponge lightly with powder, apply to a cup that has been prepped with Black Spray Paint, while in the "tacky" state drag the coated sponge over with long even strokes, making sure to coat entire cup.  Continue until fully coated, going over any areas that have been missed. Finalize with epoxy layers.  Transfer the unused powder back to your co
