This dress is a dreamy sweet off-shoulder swing dress, perfect for evening outings!  The solid black bodice is accented with a beautiful wide fold-over collar in burgundy red.  It drapes to a V in the back and is accented there with a shiny black button.  The wide waistband and hem border are burgundy red, and the waistband is accented in front with two buttons. Bodice and burgundy accents have a lovely satin shine.
