Bench heights are 15” or less from the floor so a user’s feet are flat on the floor and their back is fully supported, not arched. The Nautilus F3 Commercial Free Weight line uses 11-gauge steel frame tubes incorporating a new, softer curved profile for a strong, modern look. Pivot points use durable bronze bushings, along with a 3-point base design which results in a self-leveling bench. A Nautilus F3 Olympic Decline Bench is, and can best be described as follows: An Olympic Decline Bench is a free weight bench comprised of two vertical posts with bar catches for holding and loading an Olympic bar or barbell, and an attached decline bench between them. The decline bench is angled downward to elevate the pelvis and lower the head, often with rollers to brace the feet, and upper body exercises performed with it work the lower portion of the Chest and Deltoids. Optional weight storage attachments are available for some models.
