Chipotle, lime, allspice, cumin, cilantro, pasilla, salt in our newest family-recipe Spice makes this a stand-out for baja tacos, quesadillas, fajitas or any recipe that needs a little kick. This spice is perfectly balanced to taste the chile peppers but not too crazy hot so that you don't taste anything else. It's really quite perfect.
