Rooibos or Red Rooibos loose leaf tea leaves come from the Aspalathus Linearis (red bush) plant grown in South Africa.  Rooibos is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties.  It is naturally caffeine-free and low in tannins (so it has no bitterness).  Red Rooibos leaves are crushed, allowed to undergo natural oxidation/ferm
