2014 Klinker Brick 1850 Lodi Red 750 Ml

1850° is a unique Lodi red wine blend designed by our winemaker and is comprised of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah and 10% Old Vine Zinfandel. Aromatics of black currant, blackberry, black licorice, eucalyptus and just a hint of black pepper create an enticing aroma. On the palate, dense layers of raspberries and ripe stone fruit are coupled with cinnamon and spice. 1850° is the temperature at which a Klinker Brick is fired.Notable for its violet and blue fruit perfume, The aroma on 1850 draws your nose into the glass. further investigation will uncover deeper aromas of licorice and black pepper. On the palate, dense layers of raspberry and plum are coupled with hints of cinnamon and spice. The texture is velvety smooth with soft yet distinct tannins leading to a smooth and lengthy finish.
