UV Invisible Neutral Pigment . UVI ( Invisible Black Light Neon Pigment) is a white based pigment powder that will only fluoresce under UV Black Light. The UV rays from Black Light ONLY will make these pigments fluoresce a certain color. We currently have 8 colors which are - Red, Green, Blue/White, Yellow, White, Orange, Purple, and Pink. These pigments are activated in either UV Black Light or Infra Red nm ranges.
