Beautiful 100% cotton pleated wrap dress and skirt. This handblock printed creation can be worn as a dress or as a skirt.   This piece was lovingly handmade by the women from a rural village in India as a part of our Women Empowerment Project.  The women that have made this skirt live in the place with barely any access for education or any career opportunities. They also do not experience much appreciation or acknowledgment from their families or the loved ones.  This is why every year we travel to them to share our knowledge, give them love and appreciation and support them financially.   Inspired by the Rajasthani tribal women's wear this long and elegant skirt combines the hand-block printing traditions of India with a contemporary fashion.
