Keeps wearer cool by the evaporation process. Can also be used as a hot pack. Use Instructions: Soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes or until middle section of the Kool Tie is swollen. Take care not to oversoak. Towel dry ends and loosely tie around neck. Re-soak when necessary, about every 2-3 days. Store in fridge between use for extra coolness.
