Gluten Free Donut Mix

Craving a soft, fluffy, yeast raised donut?  These have just the right amount of crispy on the outside with a soft pillowy inside, and taste incredible.  They rival the donuts at your favorite donut shop but are gluten free! Top them with vanilla, chocolate, or maple glaze; roll them in powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, even put a little bacon jelly on them!  These can easily be made at home in a frying pan or deep fryer.  They can also be mixed, cut and frozen for an easy treat anytime; just thaw, rise, and fry. Yield: approx 24 large donuts, or tons of donut holes.   Ingredients: Sorghum flour, cornstarch, white rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, psyllium husk powder, salt.
