Glycosylated peptide that corresponds to insulin receptor substrate 2 (IRS2, NP_003740; Uniprot Q9Y4H2) modified at threonine 1155 (T1155) with a O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc). GS0016 can be used as a blocking peptide in immunoaffinity experiments with antibodies that bind to this epitope.
