Initial deposit for individual or group coaching option.   Use drop down to select your preference.   The following serves as your initial agreement to the terms forthcoming in the Coaching Agreement/Contract to include expectations of both parties: I agree to enroll into this non-cancellable, non-refundable program for the above deposit and forthcoming investment in the full amount outlined in my participation preference (i.e. Group or Individual). I acknowledge that I am the card holder of the forthcoming payment. In addition, I authorize the charges referenced above. My completion of this transaction, at checkout, indicates agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined. *If applicable, receipt of BONUSES only applicable after full enrollment/payment. * Upon receipt of payment, you’ll receive access to your coaching agreement/contract followed by final payment details to include installment or full payment options.   Email all questions to info@gobravellc.com
