The Silverback NXT features a powder-coated steel pole and a revolutionary installation design. The NXT uses Stability-Strength Technology to directly install the pole into the ground and secure with concrete inside the pole for increased stability and the ultimate strength. The 60" W x 34" H backboard has folded edges for increased rigidity. The Silverback NXT's Quick-Play design makes assembly as quick and easy as possible. The basketball hoop comes partially assembled with attached hardware and a pro-style breakaway rim which allows you to assemble your goal in less time than competitors. The spring-activated rim flexes under pressure, which is very similar to professional-style rims. The breakaway rim on this basketball goal also protects the backboard and prevents player injuries. The hoop uses an all-steel crank actuator, meaning the basketball hoop is adjusted from the NBA and NCAA regulation rim height of 10 feet to the safety-approved 7.5 feet.
