BUSCH® Spherical Nail Bur is a stainless steel rotary instrument designed for precise nail plate perforation and subungual corn removal. Its medium, single-cut (longitudinal) profile ensures controlled material reduction without excessive vibration. The spherical shape enables accurate entry points into the nail surface, especially when addressing conditions such as subungual haematomas or pressure-related lesions beneath the nail. Available in 1.2 mm and 1.4 mm diameters, this bur supports treatment flexibility while maintaining stability at speeds up to 31,500 RPM.
