MOC From Designer: 16 Brick City Introduction To MOCs: This build is based on a few shops that occupy the same strip mall building. The second floor has "Jim's" a carryout bodega cafe type place that has a few food items on the shelf and it has a custom coffee maker that I came up with. Also on the second floor is an outdoor eating area.The first floor has a gym with a couple punching bags and kickboxing equipment, and a set of weights as well. Across the hallway is a jewelry store with a couple cases with gems locked inside.The second floor can be interchanged to be the roof of each of the first floor shops, this helps to swap things up. The Jim's sign can rotate and be shown at a few different angles.
