The rack holds (2) 35 lb boxes of topping and a forced-air heating system controls the temperature of the cabinet to 120-130 degrees F to keep your product warm and fluid. The foil heater in pedestal assures the perfect topping temperature of 110-130 degrees. Try out this topping dispenser at cinemas, stadiums, and large venues.
