2-piece all black, top and pants, set. Top: Fringe ends, middle back is elastic, measures over 7 feet in length and approx. 7 1/2 inches wide. Can be wrapped around multiple times as preferred and worn 2 ways. Bottom: Elastic waist, lining on inside, very wide leg and flowy, Inseam: approx 31 1/2 inches.  Material resembles linen, slightly thicker but very lightweight and breathable. Model is 5'3 wearing size small.
