Publishers of Chicago and has a 1918 copyright so thus the date. This chart is Plate No. 5 featuring two figure views of the Human Ear and three figure views of the Human Eye. The top of the chart is titled AMERICAN FROHSE ANATOMICAL CHARTS- EDITED, REVISED AND AUGMENTED BY MAX BRODLE Max Brödel was a German medical illustrator widely considered to be the “Father of Modern Medical Illustration” whose daughter Elizabeth Brödel also became a preeminent medical illustrator in the United States. This chart is paper backed on the original fabric backing with the original wooden dowels still attached at the top and bottom.
