The Piazza San Marco is seen from the Grand Canal with Doge s Palace, a masterpiece of Venetian Gothic architecture also in view above the title VENEZIA. The lower margin is printed “Autorizzozione della Questura di Verona – Autorizz. ENIT no. 199/53 – Esente da Bolla – Printed in Italy STAR S.p.A. Arti Grafiche – Verona”. This poster is a vintage original with no tape or pinholes and light handling wear. The upper right hand corner is lightly creased and there is a short 2 cm tear on the top edge but nothing missing or torn off. The right edge is a bit bumped near the upper right hand corner. Overall condition is very good.
