Jasmine Tea

1 Billion Chinese can’t be wrong. And that is why jasmine tea is so popular in China. The problem is that most jasmine teas found in this country are not what the Chinese love. They are either too weak, too chemically tasting, or just low quality. That is why we use fresh jasmine flowers to scent our Jasmine Tea. We actually wait until the jasmine flowers are fluffy and in full bloom causing them to pop open and release their full flavor and scent. We then layer the flowers with pure Chinese green tea for 24 hours. We repeat this process with fresh flowers every night for seven straight days.
