The maximum time a driver will wait on location is 45 minutes. “No shows” will be charged an additional trucking fee. Locations that are deemed undeliverable will be charged the original trucking fee. While your satisfaction is extremely important to us, it is the driver’s sole decision as to whether or not he/she can safely unload in the requested area. This decision will be based upon potential safety hazards as well as potential property damage.
