Artist: Antonio da Correggio Italy 1489 - 1534, after.Maker: KPM (Royal Porcelain Factory, Berlin). Title: The Magdalen. After the painting by Correggio.Maker's Marks: Impressed scepter mark, KPM, dimensions, and letter K, which probably stands for the date or the master's name.Dimensions: plaque 7 3/8" x 9 3/4". Frame 13 5/8" x 16 1/8".Date: 19th century.Materials and Techniques: underglaze polychrome painting over the porcelain plaque.Frame: framed.Condition: Polychrome painting, as well as the plaque itself, has no damage.
