FP3 Felted Lion Portrait (20x24) Brown | Suri Alpaca Fiber Art

This original artwork features fiber from my own farm-raised Suri Alpaca herd. The piece highlights the unique locks that are a trademark of Suri alpaca fleece. I created this lion portrait using natural brown and beige fiber locks with grey accents (only the eyes are from dyed roving). The lion is mounted on a rust-colored felt fabric background inside a black frame (there is no glass).  The portrait measures 20 x 24". The frame measures 23.5 x 27.5".
